RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Standard, Non-Personalized Items: We accept returns and/or exchanges on standard items within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fellowflagco.com. 

Custom or Personalized Items: All orders of personalized or custom items are final sale.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away! Cancellations cannot be accommodated once production of your order has started.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will happily replace it for you!
